We are looking for a
Salesforce QA Automation Engineer
with hands-on experience in
nCino
and
Playwright
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Salesforce application testing, test automation, and validating end-to-end business workflows within the nCino platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce and nCino applications.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using
Playwright
.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Salesforce customizations, Lightning components, workflows, and nCino functionality.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand business requirements.
- Identify, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure high-quality releases by maintaining automation suites and executing test cycles.




- Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation.
- Hands-on experience in
Salesforce Testing
.
- Experience working on the
nCino platform
.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Playwright
.
- Proficiency in
JavaScript/TypeScript
or
Java
(based on project requirements).
- Experience with API Testing using
Postman
or
REST Assured
.
- Experience with SQL and database validation.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and STLC.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in Financial Services or Banking domain.
- Knowledge of Lightning Experience (LWC).
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
