Job Summary:

VAAGDHARA is looking for a dynamic and committed individual with relevant qualification and experience in the development sector. The position requires strong competencies in development communication, documentation, report writing, storytelling, and multimedia communication for community-centered development processes.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Technical Support Unit and coordinate with programme teams to document grassroots processes, learnings, and impact narratives emerging from VAAGDHARA s initiatives. The role demands excellent writing and communication skills in Hindi and English, along with proficiency in digital platforms and multimedia tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and document success stories, case studies, testimonials, photographs, videos,



and field learnings for reports and communication materials.
- Support preparation of donor reports, annual reports, project reports, grant applications, and organizational publications.
- Create content for newsletters, brochures, presentations, websites, social media platforms, campaigns, and regional events.
- Draft official letters, press notes, and communication materials as required.
- Proofread and edit communication collaterals to ensure clarity, coherence, and quality.
- Support multimedia communication through photography, videography, digital storytelling, and social media engagement.
- Travel regularly to rural and tribal regions for field documentation and community interactions.

Preferred Skills:
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Hindi and English.
