Job Summary/ Job Opportunity:

This role is part of the People function and would be responsible for implementation of the Rewards strategy within the company including, but not limited to, Job Evaluation & Architecture, Sales Incentive Plans, Executive Compensation & LTI (ESOPs), workforce analytics, and guidance to the HR and business teams. The candidate will provide support in developing programs based on long and short-term compensation strategy of the business and partner with management to drive business value.

This role combines deep expertise in compensation and rewards with solid analytical capabilities to drive evidence-based people decisions across multiple geographies. We have a highly collaborative team environment, and candidates must possess a demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and work independently with minimal direct supervision.

Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, and governance of global compensation and rewards programs, in compliance with the relevant local legislations.
- Develop and maintain compensation frameworks,



job architecture, grading structures, and career progression models.
- Act as the subject matter expert on executive compensation, sales incentive plans, retention programs, and equity-based rewards (specifically ESOPs).
- Drive pay equity assessments and compensation governance initiatives to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance across the organization.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, rewards effectiveness, productivity, attrition, and talent risks.
- Support organizational transformation, acquisitions, integration activities, and strategic talent initiatives through rewards and workforce analytics expertise.
