Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on opportunities and maintain CRM records.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to achieve business goals.

What we're looking for:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-motivation.
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales (preferred for freshers; expected for experienced candidates).
- Experience in IT sales or software licensing is an added advantage.
