Role Summary:
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both production (manufacturing/plant roles) and corporate (D2C business functions). The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling bulk as well as niche hiring in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollout and onboarding
- Handle production hiring for roles such as operators, technicians, supervisors, quality, and engineering
- Manage corporate/D2C hiring across marketing,
e-commerce, design, operations, finance and HR
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, employee referrals and vendor networks
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures
- Drive a smooth candidate experience and maintain regular communication
- Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio and sourcing effectiveness
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong exposure to D2C/E-commerce and Manufacturing hiring
- Experience in handling both blue-collar and white-collar hiring
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
