Lead Network Engineer

Organization Background

The Network Operations team is responsible for the management, operation, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of the enterprise’s global network infrastructure. The team ensures highly available, secure, scalable, and resilient networking services that enable business operations across data centers, cloud, branch offices, and remote users.

What will you be responsible for?
- Manage and operate enterprise-level network solutions including Routing & Switching, Firewalls, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
- Secure, monitor, operate, and troubleshoot enterprise networks.
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure quick resolution of outages and performance degradations.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
- Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring network uptime and reliability.
- Document network configurations, diagrams, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Work on incidents and provide timely resolution within SLA.




- Perform network OS upgrades on all network devices in a large-scale enterprise workplace.
- Act as the technical lead and escalation point for complex network incidents and critical outages.
- Lead network infrastructure projects, technology refreshes, migrations, and enhancement initiatives.
- Drive continuous service improvement through automation, process optimization, and standardization.
- Design, review, and implement scalable, resilient, and secure network architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and network operations team members.
- Review network designs, configurations, and change requests to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Cloud, Systems, Applications, and Service Management teams.
