Job Title: Tech Lead - Sustaining Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead for Sustaining Engineering Team to

spearhead our tier-3 production support and sustaining engineering efforts. In

this role, you will lead a team to diagnose, debug, and resolve deep architectural

and code-level and environment specific issues within our scalable, multi-tier

cyber security platform.

Operating in an agile workplace, you will bridge the gap between customer-

facing support teams and core engineering (based in India and the US) to

maintain the stability of our enterprise-scale SIEM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead deep-dive technical investigations into

production outages, performance bottlenecks, and complex software bugs

across the entire full-stack ecosystem.

Sustaining Engineering: Design, code, and deploy hotfixes, patches, and

minor enhancements to resolve critical customer issues without breaking

multi-tenant SaaS architectures.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of support engineers,





overseeing ticket queues, driving technical escalation resolutions, and

maintaining high SLA compliance.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with US and India core

engineering, DevOps, and Product Management teams to transition

complex fixes into mainline code releases.

Incident Management: Serve as a technical point of contact during critical

production incidents, driving immediate workarounds and long-term

resolution paths.

Skills and Qualifications:

8 to 12 years of experience working on Java Web/EE applications (ideally

multi-tenant SaaS products), with at least 3 years of experience in a Lead

Technical Support/Sustaining Engineering/L3 Tech Lead capacity.

Expertise in Core Java development, Java EE technologies, multithreading,

and cluster-aware applications.

Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing scalable

architectures across AWS and GCP.
