Role Description
The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects at client locations. This role includes supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring work is completed according to design drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines. The Interior Site Supervisor will monitor materials and resources, resolve on-site issues,



and maintain clear communication with the design team and clients regarding progress and any changes. The position also involves conducting regular inspections, documenting site updates, and supporting handover of completed spaces to clients.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including managing contractors, monitoring progress, and enforcing safety and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess technical skills such as reading and interpreting interior drawings, understanding materials and finishes, and using basic measurement and site documentation tools.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and to handle in office conflict or issues professionally.
