Your work profile

Configure and customize ServiceNow components including forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.

Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices, governance, and optimization.

Drive stakeholder communication,



project planning, and risk management.

Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Mentor and support junior team members in technical and functional areas.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs, test cases, and release notes.

Key skills required

5-8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Solid knowledge of at least one of the following modules:

CSM: Case Management, Reporting, Access Controls, UI Builder, Customer portal configurations

Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks.

Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams.
