About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

This role is best suited for professionals with 4–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing and Social Media Marketing, preferably with a background in the FMCG industry. You should have a robust analytical mindset, be comfortable managing advertising budgets, and have a proven track record of improving campaign performance across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, website traffic, and sales.




- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CAC, and conversion rate.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing marketing assets.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
