Vizenta is a growing technology company serving customers across India, the GCC, and the United States. We're building the commercial engine to scale globally — and we're looking for a sales leader to own it.

About the role

We're hiring a VP, Global Sales to lead revenue across all our markets. This is a sales-first leadership role for someone who lives and breathes pipeline, closing, and growth — and who can build the systems and team to do it repeatably across regions.

You'll own the number end-to-end: recent business, customer success, and account expansion, supported by the sales operations that make it run. This is a high-ownership role with a clear growth path — VP → CRO — for a leader who delivers.

What you'll own
- Global sales strategy & execution — build and run the go-to-market playbook across India, GCC, and the USA; own the revenue target.




- Pipeline & closing — personally drive key deals while building a repeatable, data-driven sales process.
- Team building — hire, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team as we scale.
- Customer success & account management — own retention and expansion; turn customers into long-term, growing accounts.
- Sales operations — put the CRM, forecasting, reporting, and processes in place to run revenue predictably.
- Cross-region & R&D; coordination — align commercial priorities with our R&D; team and leadership across time zones.

What we're looking for
- 10+ years in sales, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling across multiple regions — India, GCC, and/or USA strongly preferred.
- A genuine sales-first mindset — hungry, competitive, and revenue-obsessed.
- Proven ability to build teams and processes from the ground up, not just manage an existing one.
- Comfortable owning customer success and account
