Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Update call details and customer feedback in the system.
- Coordinate with the concerned team whenever required.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills Required
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, or Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Calicut (Work from Office)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
