Job Title: Power Platform Lead (6+ years)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Develop and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
- Design scalable and secure architectures, ensuring best practices for governance, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutioning.
- Lead and mentor development teams while managing project delivery and client interactions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Support pre-sales activities, effort estimations,



and technical proposals

Required Skills:
- 6+ years exp in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience with Power BI, REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure integrations.
- Positive understanding of Power Platform governance, security, ALM, and DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications will be an added advantage.
