KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Budgeting & Financial Coordination
- Support preparation and monitoring of CAM budgets and operational expenses.
- Review vendor invoices, monthly provisions, and coordinate with finance teams for timely processing.
- Monitor utilization of common area maintenance funds and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Operations & Service Delivery
- Ensure smooth functioning and upkeep of common areas, amenities, clubhouse, lobbies, parking areas, landscaped zones, and other shared facilities.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, horticulture, pest control, and other soft services to ensure adherence to service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, aesthetics, and operational readiness of the property

Customer & Occupant Management
- Act as the single point of contact for residents, tenant representatives, societies, and occupiers for facility-related matters.
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints, requests, and customer escalations within defined timelines.




- Drive customer engagement initiatives and work towards improving resident/occupant satisfaction scores.

Society / Tenant Management
- Support society formation, handover processes, and transition activities wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), societies, and commercial occupiers on operational matters.
- Facilitate approvals, NOCs, and documentation as per company policies.

Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage housekeeping, security, horticulture, pest control, and other service partners.
- Monitor vendor performance, manpower deployment, SLA compliance, and service quality.
- Verify service reports and ensure adherence to contract terms.
