Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Content Strategist & Social Media Manager. The role includes developing and executing content strategies that align with brand goals, planning editorial calendars, and ensuring consistent messaging across digital channels. The person in this role will manage social media accounts, create and publish posts, monitor engagement, and optimize content based on performance analytics. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with design and marketing teams,



conducting research on audience behavior and trends, and adapting content for different platforms. The role also requires tracking campaign results, preparing reports, and adjusting strategies to improve reach and impact.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in Content Strategy and Content Development to design and implement effective brand narratives.
- Experience with Content Management and Web Content Writing for websites, blogs, and digital campaigns.
- Excellent Writing abilities, including clear, persuasive, and audience-focused communication.
- Proficiency in social media management (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to plan and manage editorial calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and familiarity with SEO best practices is an advantage.
