Role Summary

We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the pan-India expansion of Electra-HMIS, our comprehensive hospital management ERP solution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and consultative selling to contract negotiation and closing. You will engage with C-suite executives, hospital administrators, and medical directors to demonstrate how our integrated platform streamlines clinical, administrative, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the hospital and nursing home market across India.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Independently manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique pain points of hospitals (e.g., billing, pharmacy, clinical documentation, patient records) and position Electra-HMIS as the definitive solution.
- Relationship Management:



Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including Hospital Owners, CEOs, CMOs, and IT Heads.
- Tender & Proposal Management: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, RFPs, and tender documentation.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous hygiene in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot), providing accurate sales forecasting and status reporting to leadership.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activity, healthcare IT trends, and government digital health initiatives (e.g., Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) to adapt sales strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of qualified experience in B2B sales within the Healthcare IT/HMIS/HIS industry.
- Demonstrated history of man
