Role Description
The Execution Chef is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations and ensuring consistent execution of the food program. This role includes planning and preparing menu items, supervising line and prep cooks, monitoring food quality and presentation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. The Execution Chef collaborates with management and bar teams to develop seasonal offerings, align food pairings with craft beers,



and manage inventory and cost controls. The role also involves training kitchen staff, implementing standard operating procedures, and supporting service during peak hours to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications
- Culinary expertise and experience in high-volume or craft-focused restaurant kitchens, with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating.
- Leadership and team management abilities, including staff training, scheduling, and performance oversight in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance, with a commitment to maintaining clean, organized, and safe kitchen areas.
