Role Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and operationally strong Assistant Manager
Commercial to manage end-to-end commercial operations across EXIM, banking, and
domestic logistics. This role requires deep expertise in cross-border trade, FEMA
compliance, and banking, along with solid coordination across internal teams, vendors, and
external stakeholders.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. EXIM Operations (Import & Export)
- Manage end-to-end import and export processes, including:
- Documentation
- Customs coordination
- Compliance requirements
- Liaise with customs authorities, CHA agents, and logistics partners.
- Ensure smooth movement of goods across borders with full regulatory compliance.
- Oversee costing and commercial structuring of EXIM transactions.
2. International Business & Entity Management
- Manage commercial and banking operations for Nature Bond International.
- Handle cross-border financial transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with international vendors and partners for smooth execution of
- transactions.
