Role Overview
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, or Junior Accounting roles.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting concepts and accounting cycle processes.
- Exposure to standardized posting logic, account coding, and financial transaction classification.
- Basic experience supporting US GAAP audits, audit schedules, and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reconciliation activities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting US Real Estate, Property Management, Real Estate Investment, or Lending organizations.
- Exposure to AP automation tools and document management systems.
- Familiarity with month-end close, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting processes.
- Knowledge of property-level accounting and real estate-related expenses is a plus.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
