Role Description
The Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for designing and managing beverage programs, including menu development, product selection, cost control,



and quality standards across assigned outlets. Day-to-day tasks include supervising bar operations, monitoring inventory and stock levels, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, and maintaining consistent beverage presentation and service. The Beverage Manager collaborates closely with restaurant leadership and suppliers, analyzes sales data to optimize offerings, and supports promotional activities and events to drive revenue. The role also involves training and mentoring bar and service teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences aligned with First Fiddle’s brand standards.

Qualifications
- Strong Beverage knowledge, including bar operations, beverage menu development, and product sourcing.
- Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to enhance guest experience and manage feedback professionally.
- Experience in Training and mentoring front-of-house and bar teams
