We are hiring for the position of Senior Branch Service Operations (Key Account Manager) with a leading financial services organization (AMC).

Position: Senior Branch Service Operations (Key Account Manager)
Department: Retail Sales Branch Service Operations
Location: Pune & Mumbai
Salary: Up to 6–7 LPA

Eligibility:
- Graduate or Postgraduate
- 5–8 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in the Mutual Fund industry, Asset Management Companies (AMC), or Securities/Broking organizations is preferred

Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Mutual Fund operations
- Customer service orientation
- Experience in handling customer escalations
- Team handling experience (3 direct reportees)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to investors and distributors




- Process customer applications as per operational guidelines
- Resolve customer queries within defined TAT
- Handle reconciliation activities and coordinate with the Head Office
- Coordinate with local bank branches during product launches
- Ensure error-free transaction processing
- Interact with CAMS on a daily basis
- Drive cross-selling and customer retention initiatives
- Handle customer escalations professionally
- Manage branch administration and supervise a team of three executives
