Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Junior Video Editor role based in Vadodara. The Junior Video Editor will assist in assembling raw footage, organizing media assets, and editing video sequences under the guidance of senior editors and directors. Daily tasks include trimming clips, syncing audio, adding basic transitions, and preparing rough cuts that align with project briefs and brand standards. The role also involves supporting color correction, simple motion graphics, and export of final deliverables in required formats.



Collaboration with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality across projects is essential.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and basic understanding of on-set workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, including timeline management and non-linear editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading, with the ability to apply basic color correction and maintain visual consistency.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics, including simple title design and visual elements creation (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or similar).
- Strong visual storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to follow creative direction.
