Key Skills:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals.
- Positive understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Job Description:




- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment life-cycle.
- Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate on-boarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
