Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Affiliate Manager – App & Web role based in Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore.



The Affiliate Manager will oversee and grow the affiliate program for app and web products, including onboarding, managing, and optimizing relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and publishers. Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating deals and payout structures, monitoring campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing and revenue goals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product, and analytics to develop promotional strategies, creatives, and landing pages that drive quality traffic and conversions. The Affiliate Manager will also analyze performance data, prepare regular reports, identify opportunities for scaling profitable partnerships, and maintain compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
