Role Description
The Article Trainee will support the firm’s tax and audit practices through day-to-day assignments in direct and indirect taxation, auditing, and related compliance work. Responsibilities include assisting in preparation and review of tax returns and working papers, supporting statutory and internal audits, performing basic financial analysis, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping with client query resolution under supervision.



The trainee will learn and apply relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and audit procedures while working closely with senior team members. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular collaboration with partners and staff in a professional office environment.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and basic taxation concepts.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and ability to learn tax and audit software tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a team and interact with clients professionally.
- Enrollment in or completion of CA foundation/intermediate or an equivalent professional course is preferred.
