About the Role

Ideametrics Global Engineering is seeking motivated and result-oriented Sales professionals to drive business growth across domestic and international markets. The role involves identifying current business opportunities, acquiring customers, building long-term client relationships, and achieving assigned revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify prospective opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals in coordination with internal technical teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.




- Follow up on invoices, payments, and collections.

Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Engineering Consulting
- Software Sales
- SaaS Sales
- Proven experience in:
- Customer Acquisition
- Lead Generation
- Client Relationship Management
- B2B Sales
- Revenue Generation
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.

- Engineering Degree/Diploma is an added advantage.
- Experience handling clients across India and international markets.
- Exposure to US, UK, Europe, UAE, or South East Asia markets is preferred.
