- 7+ years of Windows application development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in C++ (Native Windows Development)
- Expertise in Win32 API MFC
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio MSBuild
- Legacy Windows application maintenance enhancement
- Application compatibility with newer Windows versions
- Strong debugging performance optimization skills
- Hardware interfacing / System-level software experience
- Database / Structured data storage knowledge
- Azure DevOps (Preferred)
- Test-Driven Development (TDD) (Preferred)
- Strong documentation, problem-solving communication skills
