Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver customized marketing campaigns.
- Develop automated email, SMS, push notifications, mobile app push notifications using SFMC tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data integration, workflow configuration, reporting & analytics in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications.
- Robust understanding of automation studio (Journey Builder), messaging (Email Studio) & push notification (Mobile Studio).
- Experience working on at least one end-to-end implementation project involving SFMC components such as Chatbot.
