Job Summary

looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a good understanding of HR processes and labor compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment portals.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Assist in payroll coordination and employee attendance management.
- Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.




- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment MIS.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Interview coordination and candidate management.
- HR documentation and record keeping.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with HRMS software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
