We're Hiring: Fabric Manager (Woven Fabrics)

Gurugram, India

We are looking for an experienced
Fabric Manager
to join our sourcing and production team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and develop woven fabrics based on buyer and production requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fabric mills and suppliers.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of woven fabric constructions, compositions, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
- Identify the right mills for different fabric qualities and ensure timely fabric development.
- Coordinate with mills, merchandising, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards with suppliers.
- Monitor fabric quality, approvals, and bulk production timelines.

Requirements:




- 8+ years of experience in fabric sourcing and development, with a strong focus on
woven fabrics
.
- Extensive knowledge of fabric mills across India.
- Solid understanding of cotton, linen, viscose, blends, and other woven fabric qualities.
- Excellent supplier network and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced export garment environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
