Job Summary

Civic Pride Organization is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive to manage the organization's digital presence and enhance its brand visibility. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, designing promotional materials, capturing photographs and videos from project sites, and editing professional videos to effectively communicate the organization's initiatives and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Manage the organization's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and publish regular posts, reels, stories, and campaign updates.
- Maintain content calendars and monitor audience engagement.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.

Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design social media creatives, posters, banners, brochures, and awareness campaign materials.
- Create engaging captions and marketing content.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with organizational campaigns.





Photography, Videography & Video Editing
- Capture photographs and videos during field visits, events, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Edit reels, promotional videos, event highlights, interviews, and testimonials.
- Optimize content for various digital platforms.

Digital Marketing & Reporting
- Support digital marketing and branding initiatives.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain an organized archive of creative assets, photographs, and videos.

RequiredSkills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN Editor, or similar tools.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics.
