Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase & Logistics Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor coordination, inventory planning, and logistics operations to ensure the timely availability of materials and smooth supply chain execution.

The candidate should possess solid negotiation skills, a good understanding of procurement processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, transporters, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services as per business requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers while negotiating pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, quotations, and vendor contracts.
- Track purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate logistics activities with transporters, warehouse teams,



and suppliers to ensure efficient movement of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages and production delays.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and other procurement-related documents for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and logistics records in ERP systems.
- Resolve supplier, delivery, and logistics-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to purchasing, inventory, vendor performance, and logistics.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Production, Stores, Finance, and Project teams to support operational requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
