What you’ll be doing
As a Global Mobility Specialist you are responsible for providing international mobility services to Hitachi employees.
- Responsible for end-to-end management of International Assignments. You will also be responsible to manage and provide support to the assignee, business and other stakeholders throughout the assignment life cycle.
- Facilitate the administration of mobility-related perks and compensation packages. You will also work closely with various vendors like immigration, relocation, DSP’s, tax etc to ensure smooth assignment implementation.
- Responsible for researching, modelling, and evaluating mobility programs as part of Hitachi’s Total Rewards Strategy.
- Ensure all the immigration and tax compliances are taken care of by partnering with the vendors. Mobility Specialist is knowledgeable on leading practices and understand how mobility fits
