ITIL Foundation Required Skills Mandatory
- Database administration experience (4-7 years).
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Experience with at least one enterprise database platform:
- Oracle
- SQL Server
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- Database backup and recovery expertise.
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with database monitoring tools.
- Understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery concepts.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Preferred
- Oracle RAC administration.
- Oracle Data Guard administration.
- SQL Server AlwaysOn administration.
- Cloud database services administration.
- Scripting and automation experience.
- Infrastructure knowledge (Windows/Linux/Storage).
