Role & responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily store or warehouse operations efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy at all times.
- Coordinate inward and outward movement of goods and materials.
- Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory records.
- Monitor team productivity and allocate tasks effectively.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and operational

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Dark Store / FMCG / Inventory / Warehouse / Logistics / E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Supply Chain operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory handling and store operations.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle operational software.
- Positive communication and team handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational and night shifts.
- Candidate should be physically fit to manage operational activities.
