- About the Role:
- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recent Product Development (NPD) Engineer with a strong background in engineering design, prototyping, and product launch processes.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience leading or supporting the development of new products from concept to commercialisation.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective products that meet customer and market needs.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead or support end-to-end product development cycles including concept generation, feasibility studies, design validation, and production launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain) to define product requirements and ensure manufacturability.
- Create and manage technical documentation including design specifications, DFMEAs, BOMs, test plans, and engineering change requests.
- Develop and validate prototypes and first articles using rapid prototyping, CAD,



and CAE tools.
- Participate in design reviews and risk assessments.
- Support root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts for design or production-related issues.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource planning in alignment with the NPD roadmap.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors during the development of components and tooling.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and internal quality processes.

What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPD, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based company.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA).
- Strong understanding of DFM/DFA, GDT, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping methods, materials selection, and testing.
