We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
CRM Hea
d to lead our Customer Relationship Management function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle from booking to possession while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless coordination across departments

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CRM team
- Oversee the customer journey from booking to possession and post-sales support
- Ensure timely execution of customer documentation, agreements, demand letters, and possession-related activities
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Accounts teams for smooth customer service
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor collections, payment follow-ups, and outstanding receivables
- Prepare and maintain CRM MIS reports and dashboards
- Develop and implement CRM processes, SOPs,



and service standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the CRM team to improve performance
