The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in embedded C/C++, automotive communication protocols, RTOS, and the complete software development lifecycle. The candidate will lead technical teams, coordinate with customers, and ensure delivery of high-quality automotive software solutions compliant with industry standards.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, integration, and testing of embedded software for automotive ECUs and electronic control systems.
- Manage a team of embedded software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
- Drive software architecture, module design, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with system,



hardware, mechanical, and validation teams throughout product development.
- Develop embedded software using C/C++ for microcontroller-based systems.
- Implement and optimize real-time applications using RTOS.
- Work on automotive communication protocols including CAN, LIN, CAN FD, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART, and USB.
- Support AUTOSAR-based software development and integration where applicable.
- Participate in requirements analysis, effort estimation, planning, and project execution.
- Perform debugging using JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, CAN analyzers, and other embedded development tools.
- Ensure compliance with automotive functional safety and coding standards.
- Coordinate with customers during requirement discussions, technical reviews, and issue resolution.
