ANAROCK is one of India's leading independent real estate services firms. Our Commercial & Retail division in Gurugram is building a research-led advisory and transactions business for commercial real estate shops, SCOs (shop-cum-offices), office spaces, food courts and mixed-use projects. We work with leading developers as their exclusive sales partner, advise individual investors on commercial property purchases, and back everything with our own in-house research covering 480+ commercial projects across Gurugram. It is a young, fast-growing team with senior leadership attention and genuine room to grow with the business.

The role in one line

You own marketing end-to-end for this business — our own brand, and every commercial project we exclusively sell — from strategy to launch event to the lead report, running agencies and developer marketing teams to make it happen.

What you will do
- Project marketing: for every project we sell exclusively, plan and run the launch and ongoing campaigns — media planning across ATL/BTL/digital, launch events, site branding,



exhibitions and activations — with transparent targets for enquiries, site visits and sales.
- Run the agencies: brief, budget and manage external creative, media and digital agencies; coordinate with each developer's own marketing team so the project's marketing budget is spent on plan and delivers.
- Business marketing: our division's brand presence — presentations and collateral, campaigns for our broker-partner network, investor-facing material, industry events.
- Site experience: own how a customer experiences a project site — branding, displays, brochures, sample-unit presentation — audited regularly through a customer's eyes.
- Measure everything: track each campaign from spend to enquiries to site visits to bookings (CRM-based); report weekly; recommend what to scale and what to kill.
