- Incoming Material Inspection: Check raw materials like MDF, HDF, plywood, laminates, and hardware (hinges, channels) against approved technical specifications. [1]
- In-Process Quality Control: Monitor cutting, edge-banding, boring, and routing processes on the shop floor to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Final Product Audit: Inspect fully assembled or flat-pack kitchen units for surface finish, alignment, shutter functionality, and structural integrity.
- Defect Management: Identify production flaws, log non-conformance reports (NCR), and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Standard Compliance:



Maintain quality documentation, follow ISO standards, and ensure safety compliance across the production line.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of woodworking machinery (CNC, edge-banders) and materials (veneers, acrylics, hardware mechanisms).
- Tools Usage: Proficiency with precision measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and moisture meters.
- Blueprints Reading: Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D manufacturing drawings and AutoCAD layouts.
