- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, snacks, and light meals according to company standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Support the Café Manager in supervising daily café operations and coordinating staff during shifts.
- Train, mentor, and guide recent and junior café staff on service standards and operating procedures.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and report shortages or wastage.
- Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in all café areas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including equipment checks and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Promote menu items and upsell products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
