Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Gurugram. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing business and operational data to support decision-making across functions such as sales, marketing, and supply chain. The role includes building and maintaining dashboards and reports, performing statistical analyses, and developing data models to forecast trends and measure performance.



The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and communicate findings in a transparent, accessible manner. The position also involves continuously improving data processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting strategic projects that drive growth and efficiency for the brand.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics for business decision-making.
- Knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and basic predictive analysis.
- Ability to design and work with data models, including data structuring and relational concepts.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics,
