We're looking for a
Social Media Manager
to join our growing team. You'll work alongside our existing Social Media Manager to manage multiple brands, execute campaigns, and ensure every piece of content is backed by strategy—not just aesthetics.

What you'll do?
- Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of multiple client accounts.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and the production team to ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to create relevant content.
- Write content briefs, captions, and campaign directions.
- Monitor performance metrics and use insights to improve content strategy.
- Attend client meetings, understand business objectives,



and translate them into social media plans.
- Work with AI tools to streamline research, planning, content creation, and workflow.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to launch campaigns that drive real business impact.

What we're looking for?
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Understanding of content strategy, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms.
- Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other productivit
