Requirements Key Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Asset Management
- Maintain complete records of IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, networking equipment, CCTV devices, licenses, and peripherals.
- Manage asset allocation, tagging, warranty tracking, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management.
- Plan and coordinate hardware procurement, upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
- Hardware End User Support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, barcode printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure maximum uptime of all IT equipment.
- Provide timely technical support to users across various departments.
- Network Administration
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi,



switches, routers, and structured cabling.
- Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across the factory.
- Maintain IP address management and network documentation.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers whenever required.
- Firewall Cybersecurity
- Configure and manage Sophos Firewall.
- Monitor firewall logs, VPN connectivity, internet policies, and network security.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection, antivirus management, and security updates.
- Assist in vulnerability management and incident response.
- Windows Server Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, DHCP, File Servers, Print Servers, and shared resources.
