Role Overview

VENGRO Consulting is seeking an execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to support growth initiatives for our consulting engagements across multiple industries.

This role is ideal for someone with strong performance marketing expertise who enjoys executing and optimizing campaigns across digital and offline channels while coordinating internal teams, client stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.





You will work closely with consulting teams and client leadership to execute growth strategies, improve acquisition performance, and build scalable marketing systems.

This is a hands-on execution role with significant ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Local.
- Improve lead quality, cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion performance.
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels and retargeting campaigns.
- Coordinate landing page optimization and conversion rate improvements.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
- Support social media growth initiatives and organic marketing strategies.
- Contribute to SEO and local search visibility efforts.

Offline Marketing & Growth Initiatives
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
