Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and evaluation of water and wastewater treatment equipment, steel structures, skids, tanks, platforms, and supports.
- Develop engineering calculations, FEA simulation models, technical reports, and design documentation to support product development and project execution.
- Execute structural assessments including static, seismic, wind, and anchorage evaluations using engineering calculations and simulation tools.
- Support design verification, troubleshooting, optimization, and resolution of structural engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams and stakeholders to communicate technical findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, design practices, and quality requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Qualifications
- Full time M.Tech. in Structural Engineering preferred. B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with relevant structural analysis experience may also be considered.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in structural analysis, simulation, and design within industrial, water, wastewater, process equipment, or heavy engineering industries.
- Experience with steel structures, equipment supports, anchorage systems, tanks, skids, and industrial structures preferred.
