Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update the system.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team.
