About the role
ShiftingHub connects customers with verified packers and movers across 40+ Indian cities. As a small founding team, we need a Business Development Intern to help us grow our partner network, remotely.
What you'll do
Find and reach out to packers and movers in target cities
Do verification calls and handle onboarding paperwork
Build and maintain relationships with partners
Help with partner retention and sort out escalations
Track partner numbers and keep CRM records updated
Help us expand into recent cities
Who can apply
Freshers and students welcome.
No specific degree needed.
Good at talking to people, comfortable making cold calls remotely
Comfortable using AI tools to draft outreach messages and manage follow ups
Persistent, target driven, okay with hearing no a lot
Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
Okay with this being unpaid. We are upfront about that from the start.
