We are seeking a skilled and organized Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling Letters of Credit, proficiency in SAP and Salesforce, and a strong understanding of sales administration processes. This role will support the sales department by managing documentation, ensuring smooth order processing, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and company objectives.

Role & responsibilities

*Sales Support*
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth processing of orders, quotations, and contracts.
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers, distributors and business partners, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including order confirmations, contracts, and invoices.

*System Management*
- Utilize SAP to process orders, invoice and manage customer data and transactions.
- Utilize Salesforce for managing customer relationships, generate sales proposals, tracking sales activities, and generating reports.




- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in both SAP and Salesforce systems.

*Order Processing*
- Process and monitor orders through SAP from initiation through to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with project team, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure that customer orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.

*Reporting and Analysis*
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, order status, and customer activity using SAP and Salesforce.
- Provide insights to the sales team and management to support decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.

Experience with Letters of Credit in international trade.

Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce, with hands-on experience in managing orders, data, and reporting.

Skills:

Robust organizational skills with attention to detail.
