Job Description Renewal Operations Executive (Health Insurance)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end health insurance policy renewals.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, partners, and customers for timely renewals.
- Share renewal quotations, payment links, and policy documents.
- Follow up on pending renewals and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Resolve customer and partner queries related to renewals.
- Maintain renewal MIS and ensure defined TATs are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth renewal operations.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Health Insurance Renewal Operations.
- Experience in an Insurance Broking Company will be preferred.
- Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and insurer portals.
- Ability to manage multiple renewal cases efficiently.
